Leapfrogs, Navy Parachute Team, Navy SEALs

TWO SPECIAL PERFORMANCES! The U.S. Navy SEAL's parachute team, the Leapfrogs, will be performing twice during the Florida Tri Expo / Frogman Triathlon weekend. In addition, the former commander of U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Adm. Tom Richards, SEAL, (retired) will be the guest speaker at Frogman. The jumps are scheduled for Saturday at 3:45 p.m. and Sunday at 7:00 a.m. Don’t miss it! Click here to read the press release for more info.

Naval Special Warfare presents: Battle for the Beach IV

Saturday, March 20 at 4:00 p.m.

Six male/female teams will compete in all of these events, on the beach outside The Shores Resort & Spa:

* 1/2-mile military combat side stroke ocean swim

* 50-yard low crawl

* 1,000 push-ups

* 1,000 sit-ups

* 500 pull-ups
